WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
You’ll be our full-stack builder—the person who turns operational chaos into automated systems. Across 35 companies, there are hundreds of processes in finance, HR, compliance, operations, and commercial that need to be digitized, integrated, and ultimately run by software and AI. You’ll work on all of it.
Build and extend internal platforms that unify operations across dozens of acquired companies
Design and deploy AI/LLM-powered automations for finance, compliance, HR, and field operations
Work across the full stack: Angular and TypeScript frontends, Python and PHP backends, MongoDB and MySQL databases
Integrate and orchestrate LLM workflows—prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, agent systems
Build dashboards, reporting tools, and data pipelines that give investors and operators real-time visibility
Ship fast, iterate constantly, and own your systems end to end.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN (AND WHO YOU’LL LEARN FROM)
This isn’t a pure engineering shop. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, finance, and business strategy. That means you’ll learn—deeply—from people who are experts in all three.
AI & Engineering: You’ll work with cutting-edge LLMs, build production AI systems, and push the frontier of what automation can do in a real business context
Finance & PE: You’ll understand how private equity and business actually works—not from a textbook, but from inside the machine. Valuations, synergies, EBITDA bridges, investor reporting—you’ll build the tools that power all of it
Business Operations: You’ll see how 35 companies are integrated, how culture is managed at scale, and how a platform creates value across an entire portfolio
Data: This is a heavy data environment. Millions of data points across financials, field operations, compliance, and HR. You’ll build the systems that make sense of it all
After two years here, you won’t just be a better engineer. You’ll understand how businesses work, how capital flows, and how technology transforms industries. That’s a career accelerant you won’t get anywhere else.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We’re not going to give you a checklist of “5+ years of experience in X framework.” Here’s what actually matters:
Work ethic. We work hard and we work a lot. This is a build phase—we’re creating something that doesn’t exist yet. If you want a 9-to-5, this isn’t the place. If you want to build something extraordinary, keep reading.
Adaptability. Our stack is intentionally diverse: PHP, Python, Angular, TypeScript, MongoDB, MySQL, and a growing ecosystem of LLM integrations. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them today. You need to be the kind of person who picks things up fast and isn’t afraid of unfamiliar territory.
Ownership mindset. You’ll have more autonomy here than at a company 10x our size. With that comes responsibility. We need someone who ships, who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, and who treats every system they build as if their name is on it.
Builder mentality. You’re not here to maintain. You’re here to create. New systems, new automations, new ways of running a business. If the idea of building the operating system for a European investment platform excites you, we’re speaking the same language.
